Hey i am trying to get a code and i followed all the steps and when i press get the code i have to reload the page and it returns me the main game page. please help if you can thanks

I’m having troubles with the Getting the Code part. Where it says Generate Code I click that then it will give me a 4-digit number_****_****_then one letter. Then when I click the get code button it does nothing, please help me.
